I have the throw cushion out (or am about to) and the DOCK FENDERS ready to leave the dock (or I am about to). PLEASE NOTE: FENDERS MUST BE OUT WHEN ENTERING AND LEAVING THE MARINA NO EXCEPTIONS
As per the Intelligent Member Agreement, I understand and agree that if an accident occurs during my reservation, I will be liable to pay two times (2x) the insurance deductible amount within 24 hrs that the incident is reported.*
